The project was built on a turnkey basis in collaboration with Berlin-based ib vogt GmbH, a leading platform in the global development of solar power plants. A total of 16,900 solar modules and 32 inverters with a nominal output of 9,600 kWp were installed on an area of 8.4 hectares.

“The solar park in Niederorschel is just the beginning in a series of projects in Thuringia to increase the region’s sustainability and drive the energy transition forward,” says Tobias Reber, Head of Renewable Energy Portfolio Management at Doric.

Doric Green Power GmbH & Co KG is also invested in four other photovoltaic plants at various locations in Germany.
